The GACCRRA Advisory Council provides strategic guidance, community perspective, and professional expertise to strengthen Georgia's Child Care Resource and Referral system and support high-quality early childhood education across the state.
The Role
• Provide insight, expertise, and recommendations on key initiatives, priorities, and
emerging issues
• Share trends, challenges, and opportunities from your professional network and
community
• Offer perspectives that reflect the needs of families, providers, businesses, and
communities
• Communicate with your regional point of contact when needed
Commitment
• Advisory Council term: Renewed January of each year unless a written request is
submitted to withdraw
• Estimated time of commitment: Approximately 6-10 hours annually
• Confidentiality of information shared and discussed will be maintained by all
GACCRRA Advisory Council and Board members
