Rick Caldwell, Quality Program Manager
Rick has over 12 years experience in the field of Early Care and Education.  His love of early childhood education began teaching exploratory Spanish to Kindergarteners.  A few years later he earned his Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Georgia State University while teaching in Georgia ’s Pre-Kindergarten Program.   He has extensive experience educating providers, working both in public and private sectors.   He continues to believe that long-term improvement in early childhood care and education services can only be achieved through building support relationships with providers, built on trust, mutual respect, and an attitude supporting constant professional growth for all EC professionals.
